If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

In its original condition

In its original packaging
The right to return does not apply to:

Personalised or custom-made items

Used, worn, or damaged items

Items returned without contacting us first
2. How to Request a Return Label (IMPORTANT)
We do not include return labels inside the parcel.
To get a return label, you must contact us first:

Please include:

Your order number

The item you want to return

The reason for return

Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will review your request and send you a return label and return instructions.
Do not return any items before receiving confirmation from us.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 days.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or design, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Send photos of the issue
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
6. International Returns (EU & Worldwide)
International customers must also contact us first to receive a return label.
