Purchase Options Cancellation Policy – The Ninja Bellies

At The Ninja Bellies, we offer different purchase options depending on the product, including one-time purchases, pre-orders, and occasional subscription-style options. This policy explains how cancellations work for each type.

1. One-Time Purchases

You may cancel a standard one-time purchase before your order has been processed.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Include your name and order number.


2. Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, production may begin, and cancellation may not be possible.

If production has already started, pre-orders can only be cancelled if the item is defective or unavailable.


3. Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options

Customers may cancel a subscription or recurring purchase at any time before the next billing date.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Log in to your customer account, or

  2. Contact us by email at: theninjabellies@gmail.com

Cancellations made after a payment has been processed apply to the next cycle, not the current order.

Subscription orders already shipped cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.


4. Custom-Made or Personalised Items

Custom-made, personalised, or printed-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Examples include:

  • Custom t-shirt printing

  • Personalised mugs

  • Special designs created on request

If you need help, contact us and we will check whether production has begun.


5. Orders We May Cancel

We may cancel an order if:

  • The item becomes unavailable

  • Payment fails or is flagged for fraud

  • The shipping address is incomplete or invalid

  • There is a pricing or listing error

You will be notified and fully refunded.


6. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be sent to:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

We will respond within 1–2 working days.


7. Processing Refunds After Cancellation

If a cancellation is accepted:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are refunded only if the order has not been dispatched.
