This Shipping Policy explains how and where we deliver our products.


1. Where We Ship

✔ United Kingdom – YES

We ship to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

❌ European Union – NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT

At this time, we do not offer delivery to EU countries.
We are currently reviewing our compliance and shipping options and hope to open EU shipping in the future.

🌍Outside UK – NOT AVAILABLE

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 working days for in-stock items

  • 2–5 working days for made-to-order items (including printed apparel)

Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer.
You will be notified if there is a significant delay.


3. Delivery Times (UK)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Service Estimated Delivery
Royal Mail 2nd Class 2–4 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class 1–2 working days
Courier Services (Evri / Yodel) 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination address

  • Shipping service selected

Any shipping discounts or free shipping offers will be shown automatically at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number (if applicable)

  • Link to track your parcel

Some small items may be sent via untracked services.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address is accurate when placing an order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Lost packages marked as “delivered” by the courier
