We sell clothing, accessories and gift items such as t-shirts, hoodies, caps, tote bags, mugs and related products.

3. Products & Orders

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your details.

  • Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or external factors.

  • For international orders (including EU), import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is shipped.

Important points:

  • You must contact us to get a return label.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We request photos for verification.
We will repair, replace or refund faulty items according to consumer law.

All artwork, characters, logos, product designs and images are the property of The Ninja Bellies.

Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Shopify processes your data and payments.
